Following a thrilling season capped by a spectatcular finale, Abuja's Christian became the third Glo Naija Sings winner.

The night started off with a special treat: the legendary Onyeka Onwenu (aka "The Elegant Stallion") proved she still has what it takes when she performed with the Top 10 - and got a standing ovation!

Then a nervous-looking Top 3 took to the stage, and resident judges Onyeka and Olisa were introduced.

After a recap of her time in the show, Vicky performed first, again killing the crowd with an Asa number. She was followed by Christian and Mattade, also singing the songs they thought helped them get to the finale.

After the Top 3 messed up Denrele's hair (!) the awesome Omawumi - the runner-up in Idols West Africa a few years back and now a bona-fide star, proving you don't have to win these competitions to have a career - did what she does best: knocking the audience out!

Then it was time for the special duets section. First up, Vicky went head-to-head with the amazing Mo'Cheddah; then Christian rocked out with Davido and Mattade duelled with Jaywon.

Then another treat: presenter Darey, who was the recent recipient of a Channel O MVA for Most Gifted Dance Video, proved why as he took to the stage with a quartet of beautiful movers.

For the final act from the Top 3 in the finale, Vicky, Christian and Mattade all performed brand new songs, and each sounded super-catchy and radio-ready: proof that this show is all about delivering hits and hit-makers.

More proof came in the form of a performance from last season's winner, Casey Edema, performing his snappy single "Not The Girl".

After the judges has weighed in one last time, it was time for the big reveal...

And it was Christian's night! Congrats to him - and Vicky and Mattade: we're sure your futures are all bright!
